Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the coordination of office meetings, including scheduling, room booking, and minute-taking.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure continuity of operations.
- Perform accurate data entry and filing for various departmental records and documents.
- Support the administrative team with ad-hoc projects and special events organization.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.
- Ensure the reception area and common workspaces are kept clean and organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in an administrative or general office role is preferred but not mandatory.
