Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls with a high degree of professionalism.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining the company calendar efficiently.
- Handle data entry tasks to ensure accuracy in records management and reporting.

- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new stock when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in an administrative or general work role is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
