Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including email correspondence and phone inquiries, with a professional and friendly tone.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and compile action points for senior management.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, and ensure document confidentiality.
- Assist with office logistics, including ordering supplies, managing the kitchen, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Support various departmental projects by conducting research, drafting reports, and coordinating inter-departmental tasks.
- Monitor office KPIs and assist in the organization of company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or general office role.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team structure.
