Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to immediately.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Prepare and present food and drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workspace, including dining areas, counters, and storage areas.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and checking for freshness of ingredients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education of SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar frontline F&B or service role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift light items.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and basic English is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
