As Food & Beverage Director, you'll shape the guest experience across our Michelin-starred properties, driving innovation in menu development, beverage programming, and team leadership. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic F&B division in one of Asia's most vibrant hospitality markets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all F&B operations across 5 premium properties including fine dining, bars, and banqueting
- Develop and execute annual F&B strategies aligned with brand vision and revenue targets
- Manage P&L with focus on cost control and margin optimization
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing culinary and service teams
- Curate seasonal menus and signature beverage programs
- Implement innovative guest engagement initiatives and loyalty programs
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's food safety regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in F&B management with 5+ years at director level
- Proven track record in luxury hotel/restaurant operations
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Expertise in menu engineering and cost control systems
- Exceptional leadership skills with team development capabilities
- Singaporean PR or Work Permit holder required
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly valued
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification
