Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative food and beverage strategies to enhance guest experience and maximize profitability across multiple outlets.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the F&B department, including menu development, inventory control, vendor relations, and quality assurance.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a diverse team of culinary and service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as local and federal regulations.
  • Manage departmental budgets, forecast revenue, control costs, and analyze financial performance to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, with at least 3 years in a Director-level role within upscale restaurants, hotels, or multi-venue operations.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing F&B strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Profound knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and current industry trends, including sustainable and innovative culinary practices.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
