Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative food and beverage strategies to enhance guest experience and maximize profitability across multiple outlets.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the F&B department, including menu development, inventory control, vendor relations, and quality assurance.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a diverse team of culinary and service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as local and federal regulations.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecast revenue, control costs, and analyze financial performance to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and special events that drive patronage and brand recognition.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to inform strategic adjustments and maintain a competitive edge.
- Implement sustainable practices and initiatives within all F&B operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, with at least 3 years in a Director-level role within upscale restaurants, hotels, or multi-venue operations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing F&B strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Profound knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and current industry trends, including sustainable and innovative culinary practices.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
