Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic F&B operations across 5 premium venues
- Manage P&L, inventory control, and vendor relationships with industry partners
- Lead, train, and mentor 50+ F&B professionals to service excellence
- Design seasonal menus and signature cocktail programs aligned with global trends
- Implement digital reservation systems and guest experience protocols
- Collaborate with marketing team on brand positioning and promotions
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and Singapore's liquor regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury F&B management with 3+ leadership roles
- Proven track record in high-volume, high-margin venues
- Advanced certification from WSET or similar beverage institution
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese preferred
- Expertise in POS systems (e.g., Oracle Hospitality, Micros)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Passion for sustainability and farm-to-table initiatives
