Responsibilities
- Identify and assess client financial needs and goals to recommend suitable insurance and investment products.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential clients and existing policyholders.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure financial plans remain aligned with clients' evolving life circumstances.
- Educate clients on complex financial concepts and product features clearly and effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product launches.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure smooth processing of applications and claims.
Qualifications
- Relevant Degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong sales aptitude, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a persuasive personality.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid Real Estate Agent or Insurance Sales Representative license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work setting.
