Responsibilities
- Manage daily treasury operations including cash position monitoring and liquidity management
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Analyze cash flow patterns and prepare cash flow forecasts to support financial planning
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to optimize financial operations
- Coordinate with banking partners to manage relationships and negotiate favorable terms
- Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury operations or finance
- Strong knowledge of cash management, AP/AR processes, and general ledger maintenance
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CMA) is a plus
