Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and statutory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets, analyze variances, and track departmental performance.
- Maintain internal controls to protect company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Manage external audits and coordinate effectively with tax authorities and external consultants.
- Develop and implement financial policies that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA/CA certification is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant, preferably within an Indonesian business context.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, reporting standards, and GAAP/IFRS.
- Exceptional proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data for decision-making.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a finance team.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining rigorous professional standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
