Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage confidential information, contracts, and sensitive documents with discretion and security protocols
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Implement and improve administrative systems for enhanced efficiency
- Lead onboarding processes and coordinate new hire administrative setup
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Experience with CRM systems and office management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana)
