Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and arrange comprehensive travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare and distribute executive correspondence, meeting minutes, and internal communications with precision.
- Oversee daily office operations, including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
- Screen and route incoming communications, ensuring urgent matters are addressed immediately while maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations, reports, and strategic documents.

Qualifications
