Qualifications
- 10+ years culinary experience with 3+ as Executive Chef
- Formal culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Expertise in French and Italian cooking techniques
- Proven ability to manage high-volume kitchens
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management
- ServSafe certification required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
