  • Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefing materials, agendas, and presentation decks for meetings and board presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Screen and filter incoming communications to prioritize the CEO's time effectively.
