- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior executives.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and accommodations.
- Foster a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee office supply management, vendor relations, and general facility upkeep.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant or Office Administrator in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital scheduling tools.
