As the face of our executive operations, you will ensure seamless coordination of daily activities, manage complex schedules, and facilitate communication across all levels of the organization. If you possess a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling executive correspondence with absolute discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, take detailed minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing communications effectively.
- Oversee office operations, including expense reporting, vendor management, and supply ordering.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings to support executive decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
