Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive briefing materials and agendas for executive meetings and board presentations.
- Handle incoming communications, screen calls, and draft professional correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, reporting progress, and managing documentation.
- Maintain accurate office records, databases, and filing systems to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate team events, interview logistics, and visitor arrangements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager in a corporate setting.
- Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
