Responsibilities

- Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, facility maintenance, and vendor relations.
- Prepare high-level correspondence, board reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and maintaining digital and physical records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role (minimum 3 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
