About the Role
As our Executive Administrator, you will serve as the backbone of our executive team. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level travel, and ensure seamless communication across departments. Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage the daily calendar of senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing invitations, and arranging conference calls.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate all domestic and international business travel, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, presentations, reports, and board meeting materials.
- Office Operations: Oversee general office administration, including managing office supplies, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering communications and escalating issues when necessary.
- Project Support: Assist in the coordination of company events, team-building activities, and corporate initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
