Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas for executive leadership.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official documents, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including travel arrangements, venue bookings, and catering.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, including digital databases and physical archives, ensuring data integrity.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Assist with general office management duties, including supply ordering and facilities coordination.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or Executive Assistant (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar and etiquette.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant administrative certification or degree is a plus.
