Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars for senior management, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and managing itineraries.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Assist in the organization of company-wide events, team building activities, and corporate functions.
- Maintain and update administrative systems, filing, and office inventory to ensure efficient workflow.
- Support ad-hoc projects and special assignments as directed by senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Relevant business administration or secretarial certification is a plus.
