Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a keen eye for detail.
- Act as the primary liaison between departments and external clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure business continuity.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation accurately and on time.
- Organize and attend company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (minimum 3-5 years).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
