Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring a professional and timely response.
- Schedule and coordinate complex executive meetings, including domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy information retrieval.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Assist in event planning and coordination for corporate functions and client gatherings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrator, preferably within the corporate or financial sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Discretion and high integrity when handling confidential information.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly preferred.
