Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
- Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
- Maintain office inventory, manage vendor relationships, and oversee facility operations.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Administrator or Office Manager.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
