Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage confidential information, contracts, and sensitive documentation with absolute discretion
- Prepare executive communications, presentations, and reports using advanced Microsoft Office Suite expertise
- Oversee office administration including vendor relationships, procurement, and facility management
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Develop and implement administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead special projects requiring cross-departmental coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
