Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and travel arrangements for 5+ senior leaders
- Manage confidential documentation, board materials, and sensitive corporate communications
- Oversee departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor relationships
- Lead cross-functional projects including meeting coordination, event planning, and process optimization
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement and improve administrative systems for enhanced efficiency
- Mentor junior administrative staff and onboard new team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-suite executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with discretion in confidential matters
- Proven project management skills with ability to handle competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Financial services industry experience highly desirable
- Professional certification (e.g., CAP, CPS) preferred
