Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements with strategic prioritization
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and corporate events requiring executive presence
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with executive-level polish
- Oversee departmental budgeting, expense reporting, and vendor relationships
- Implement and optimize administrative systems for operational efficiency
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with corporate governance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with diplomatic finesse
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of corporate etiquette and protocol
- Certification in Office Administration or Project Management (e.g., CAPM, MOS)
