Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and high-stakes meeting logistics
- Manage sensitive corporate communications and confidential documentation with discretion
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reporting, and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional administrative projects requiring meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Develop and optimize administrative workflows using Microsoft 365 suite
- Coordinate executive onboarding, offboarding, and special event management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Experience with budget management and expense reporting systems
