Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule high-stakes meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication: Act as the primary liaison for senior executives, filtering communications and drafting correspondence on their behalf.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory, facilities maintenance, and vendor management to ensure a seamless work environment.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and format high-level presentations, reports, and board documents using advanced MS Office Suite skills.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute corporate events, team-building activities, and client networking sessions to foster internal culture and external relationships.
- Project Administration: Assist in cross-functional projects by tracking deadlines, compiling data, and maintaining project documentation.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and adhere to strict data protection protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an executive administrative or office management role within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
