Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, international travel, and high-stakes board meetings across APAC time zones
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor contracts with precision
- Lead cross-functional projects including office relocations and tech infrastructure upgrades
- Develop and implement digital workflows using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to boost productivity
- Act as primary liaison for global stakeholders, ensuring confidential information handling
- Oversee office facilities management, procurement, and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' administrative experience supporting C-level executives in financial services
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $500K with variance under 5%
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred for APAC stakeholder engagement
- Professional certification in office administration or project management (e.g., CAPM)
- Exceptional discretion handling confidential information and sensitive communications
