- Financial oversight of departmental budgets ($2M+ annual spend) with expense reporting and vendor negotiations
- Policy development and implementation of operational efficiency frameworks
- Stakeholder communication management for cross-functional projects
- Travel logistics and event coordination for executive leadership team
- Records management ensuring compliance with SOX and GDPR requirements
- Process automation implementation using Microsoft Power Platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years progressive administrative experience with C-suite support
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Proven budget management experience with P&L accountability
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
