What You'll Do:
As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for managing the executive’s daily agenda, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling sensitive correspondence with the utmost discretion. You will also assist in project management, travel arrangements, and reporting, ensuring that our operations run efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Handle confidential correspondence, draft reports, and prepare presentation materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing communications.
- Coordinate project milestones and assist in the preparation of board meeting packs and minutes.
- Maintain office systems and ensure accurate filing of documents and records.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and special events as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an Executive Administration or Office Manager role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional travel.
