Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Manage confidential documentation, financial records, and compliance protocols with absolute discretion
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor relationship management
- Lead cross-functional projects including onboarding, event planning, and process optimization
- Serve as primary liaison between executives, board members, and external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems ensuring 100% regulatory compliance
- Train and mentor administrative staff on best practices and workflow efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years progressive administrative experience in corporate or financial services
