Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing multi-stakeholder meetings and travel logistics
- Prepare confidential board reports, presentations, and strategic correspondence
- Coordinate cross-functional projects including vendor management and budget tracking
- Implement office protocols for digital security, records retention, and compliance
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee administrative workflows including procurement, expense reporting, and onboarding
- Optimize office systems using Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience in financial services
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce/CRM systems
