- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives and maintain critical project documentation
- Act as primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders with executive-level communication
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
