Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, complex travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence with precision
- Coordinate board meetings, stakeholder briefings, and corporate events end-to-end
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Lead records management systems ensuring compliance with SOX and GDPR regulations
- Develop/implement administrative workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage office facilities and vendor relationships for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
