Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Screen incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and prioritize accordingly.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and office filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and manage office supplies inventory.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
