- Executive calendar management and meeting coordination across global time zones
- Travel arrangements and expense reporting for executive team
- Preparation of confidential documents, presentations, and reports

- Onboarding coordination for new team members
- Streamlining administrative workflows using Microsoft Office Suite
- Acting as primary liaison between executives and department heads
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of executive administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Project management certification or equivalent experience
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
