Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage and prioritize executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting correspondence and managing emails.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and briefing documents with a high level of attention to detail.
- Office Operations: Oversee general office administration, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, board meetings, and team-building activities.
- Travel Logistics: Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including bookings and visa processing.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in an Executive Assistant or Administrator role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
