Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries with precision.
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring that only relevant information reaches senior leadership.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos for review and distribution.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure data security and easy retrieval.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an executive administrative or executive assistant role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under pressure.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- A degree or professional qualification in Business Administration is preferred.
