Responsibilities
- Executive calendar synchronization and complex travel itinerary coordination across 5+ time zones
- Compose and edit confidential communications, board reports, and strategic presentations
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor negotiations with precision
- Coordinate high-stakes meetings and corporate events for 50+ stakeholders
- Implement and optimize administrative systems using Asana, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365
- Serve as primary liaison between C-suite and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Expertise in calendar management, budget oversight, and vendor relations
- Exceptional written communication with ability to draft executive-level documents
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism
