Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel logistics across 3+ time zones
- Manage confidential information, contracts, and sensitive documentation with discretion
- Oversee office operations including vendor management, procurement, and facilities coordination
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Lead cross-departmental projects including onboarding, event planning, and process optimization
- Act as primary liaison for board communications and stakeholder relations
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven project management skills with ability to handle competing priorities
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Discretion handling confidential information and complex situations
- Professional certification (e.g., CAP, CMAP) or bachelor's degree preferred
