Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end international and domestic travel logistics, including visas and expense reporting.
- Draft, proofread, and finalize high-level corporate correspondence and board-ready presentations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Manage confidential sensitive documentation with the utmost discretion and professional integrity.
- Optimize office procurement processes and vendor relationships to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-level administrative or executive support roles.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and G-Suite.
