Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and complex meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Manage confidential information, contracts, and corporate documentation with absolute discretion
- Lead cross-departmental projects including event planning, vendor management, and process optimization
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office suite
- Oversee office operations, inventory management, and budget coordination for executive functions
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and scheduling software
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive executive matters
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)
