Responsibilities
Calendar & Travel Management: Oversee complex calendars for C-suite executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, and arranging international travel with precision.Strategic Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting and proofreading high-level correspondence and reports.Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate board meetings, internal conferences, and client events, including preparing agendas and minutes.Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.Project Support: Assist in the execution of special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the wider business goals.Financial Oversight: Track expenses, prepare budget reports, and manage petty cash and reimbursements.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or executive assistant role.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience is acceptable.Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize a demanding workload efficiently.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and polished tone.Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and professionalism.
