Responsibilities
- Executive Coordination: Manage complex calendars, schedule high-level meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel with precision.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting correspondence and managing email inboxes efficiently.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, board meetings, and team retreats, ensuring all logistical details are flawless.
- Administrative Oversight: Oversee office supplies, vendor management, and general facility upkeep to ensure a seamless working environment.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile data, prepare presentation decks, and create weekly reports for executive review.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an executive administrative role within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and polished telephone manner.
- Organization: Outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly preferred.
