Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with precision.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and correspondence; handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain office supplies inventory; oversee general office operations and facilities.
- Coordinate departmental events, off-sites, and client meetings, including catering and logistics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for administrative matters, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associateās degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
