In this pivotal role, you will act as the right hand to our senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations and high-level project coordination in our fast-paced Midtown Manhattan office.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare, proofread, and format high-level correspondence, presentations, and board-level reports.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure strategic objectives are met on time.
- Implement and maintain efficient office organizational systems to optimize executive productivity.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level or Senior Executive leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives is highly preferred.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
