Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-priority calendars and coordinate international travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, clients, and board members.
- Prepare high-quality executive presentations, reports, and confidential correspondence.
- Oversee departmental budget tracking and process expense reporting with precision.
- Organize board meetings, off-sites, and company-wide executive events.
- Implement and refine office operational workflows to increase team productivity.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive corporate information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve potential roadblocks.
