- Implement digital filing systems ensuring 99.9% document accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with precision and discretion
- Manage office inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years executive support experience in financial services or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Discretion handling sensitive executive-level information
